Geopolitical Analysis

About me

I specialise in geopolitical analysis with a focus on US strategy and engagement in peripheral regions. My research examines how traditional powers navigate emerging frontiers in the Arctic, Antarctica, Space, and maritime domains. I hold an MA in Modern History with Distinction from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a BA in North American Studies with Distinction from Freie Universität Berlin.

I currently serve as an Editor at EUROPINION, conduct geopolitical research for Global Weekly, and perform financial news analysis for Profitaria Institute. My academic background in North American Studies provides valuable context for analysing US policy approaches to peripheral regions, particularly regarding resource competition, security frameworks, and international cooperation.

Previously, I contributed as a Journalist and Writer at The Borgen Project, producing data-driven analyses on global policy issues, and worked as a Research and Advocacy Assistant at Civil Liberties NGO, where I tracked civic spaces across multiple European countries.

My research interests include the evolution of great power competition in traditionally peripheral spaces. With my international education spanning Germany and the United Kingdom, I bring a unique cross-cultural perspective to my academic and professional endeavours.

As an early-career professional, I am actively seeking to establish myself in the fields of journalism and geopolitical analysis, where I can apply my analytical skills and international perspective to complex global issues.
